Refund and cancellation policy

1. Scope
This policy covers digital credit packages and subscription fees purchased on İşin Ehli. Creating requests and receiving bids is free for customers; no refund situation arises there.
2. Unused credits — 14-day right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and § 355 BGB you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase without reason. A full refund requires all of the following:
- The credits have not been used yet.
- The withdrawal request is sent in writing to destek@isinehli.com within 14 days.
- The refund is processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
3. Used credits — non-refundable
Credits are digital content and the right of withdrawal expires under § 356 (5) BGB the moment they are used in the account (e.g. sending a bid). Used credits are not refundable under any circumstances. This is explicitly confirmed at checkout.
4. Account cancellation and subscriptions
Premium subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refund applies.
- Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days via destek@isinehli.com.
- On account deletion any remaining unused credit balance is forfeited and not refunded.

6. Exceptional cases
Refunds caused by a system error or wrongful charge are not bound by the 14-day limit and are granted after admin review. Users outside the EU are covered by their local consumer-protection rules.
