Terms / General Conditions
1. Scope
[TODO] Terms of use of the İşin Ehli platform. These terms are binding for all users (customers and service providers).
2. Contract subject
[TODO] İşin Ehli acts only as an intermediary. The party performing the service is the provider; the platform is not responsible for service quality.
3. Registration
[TODO] Membership is free, email verification is mandatory, real name and valid contact info are required.
4. User obligations
[TODO] Sharing phone numbers, emails, social media usernames or URLs is forbidden. Messages are AI moderated. Violations may result in account blocking.
5. Fees
[TODO] Phase 1: free for both sides for 6 months. In Phase 2 a lead-based fee model for providers will be enabled with prior notice.
6. Disclaimer
[TODO] The platform is not a party to the legal relationship between provider and customer and bears no direct liability for service quality, delay or damage.
7. Data protection

8. Consumer arbitration

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts at the company's seat in Essen for merchants; mandatory consumer-protection rules at the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected.
10. Credits, payment and refunds
Providers purchase digital credits in order to send bids on requests. Credits are digital content and subject to the following terms:
- Credits are deemed consumed the moment they are used in the account (e.g. when sending a bid). Pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB the right of withdrawal then expires.
- Unused credits may be refunded on written request within 14 days of purchase.
- Payment processing is operated by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.; card and bank data are never stored on İşin Ehli servers.
